This is accomplished
by driving a course that is designated by traffic
cones on a low hazard location, such as a parking
lot or inactive airstrip.
While speeds are no greater than those normally
encountered in legal highway driving, the
combination of concentration and car feedback
creates an adrenaline pumping experience.
Events:
You’ll need a safe car, seat belts, an
effective muffler, and an approved helmet (Snell
2000 or newer). Some loaner helmets will be
available.
On site registration 8am - 9:30am There
will be a $5.00 penalty for late registration, and
a spot is not guaranteed
Tech open 8:00-9:45
Novices must be registered by 9:15 and
present for Novice Meeting & Walk at 9:30
Driver’s Meeting: 10:00 First car off
approx 10:15 There will be no lunch break
If you plan to run a KART, you must notify us
beforehand. If you are a minor (under 18) and wish
to run, call Jason Gast at (219) 798-0656 or
Garold Shaffer at (219) 762-3179 in advance for
details on the Minor Waiver needed. If you do not
call, we may have to deny entry.
